Compared to buying appliances from Lowes or Home Depot, the representative from Spencer’s was knowledgeable. The other stores had very basic, very limited knowledge of their products. My sales person was able to process the transaction quickly and simply. Then the appliance was delivered and installed the next day. Everything went super well. Thanks Spencer team.

The salesman showed me the available wash machines and then left me alone for awhile to make a decision After buying the wash machine I called him back to let him know that Home Depot sold the exact same machine for $50 more. The delivery people where very professional and courteous . I've purchased items from Spencer's before and have always been satisfied.
