(December 18, 2018, 11:39 pm)Pyramid trail is pretty boring and flat until it intersects with Gila trail then it’s a nice assent to the top comparable with the last two sections of Camelbacks Echo Canyon trail - but without the crowds. Hardly anyone during the week. Also you are constantly in the sun - zero shade no matter what time of day it is. Great hike to do on a cold sunny winter day!
(August 19, 2018, 5:36 pm)Great desert mountain hiking and mountain biking trails. Be smart, bring lots of water. Dogs on leashes is a city ordinance and cleaning up after them is, too, and is the OWNERs responsibility and common courtesy to other hikers
