I was referred by a friend who had amazing results with Dennis…now he is my trainer and my two teenage daughters, along with that so many people have been wanting to check him out. He is NOT a pushy salesman…his drive and commitment to his clients speaks for his work. The most demanding AND understanding trainer you can have! Not only is Dennis phenomenal some of the other trainers we’ve met have been AWESOME! Brittany is just one of those ladies…I strongly recommend coming and checking them out if you are serious about a lifestyle change, because you have great people to choose from as your trainer! They are worth every penny and the atmosphere is great!

I train with Troy Thompson and he is by far the best trainer I have had (I’ve had several). I can finally say I’ve found the one! He not only knows what he is doing but will tailor workouts to what your goals are and what you need to be doing based on body weight, muscle tone, etc. He also helps with nutrition and guides you on what to eat and how to make better choices. The one thing I LOVE is that he will let you get through the whole workout no matter if it takes you an hour or heck even two! It’s not 45 mins and you’re out the door like majority of trainers. It’s go at your own pace bc finishing the workout right is better than rushing through and finishing it incorrectly. It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve already seen results and ppl have noticed too. Lastly, his prices are FAIR! Almost too fair. But again he’s an honest man who just wants his clients to get results and he is genuine in helping them get them. You can tell this isn’t just a job to him. It’s his passion!
