(July 26, 2019, 11:23 am)The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the (standard) buffet breakfast is tasty. The hotel could really use some updating. The furniture is old. An indoor pool would be great when it's 115 outside and the pool water is nearly as hot!! All in all, a good hotel with good freeway access.

(May 8, 2019, 4:34 pm)Best bed that I slept in 4 nights. Staff were outstanding and helpful. They had a issue with the hot water but it didn't cause any issues for us. Wes the maintenance man was super friendly and helped us figure out what was going on with the TV. If ever needing to come back to Phoenix I will choose to stay here again. It is an older Holiday Inn Express but it is well maintained. The price for the night was worth the price. Sure beat the $300 + that was quoted to me for a closer to the airport hotel. It took me less than 15 minutes to get to the airport from this location.
