  Top drawer course! Presenters were knowledgeable, patient, informative, on point and their personalities kept everything interesting throughout. Hats off to ITAZ and the wonderful course they have provided. Very highly recommended. Gonna stick with these guys.

  As a Veteran looking for a change, I found myself at ITA to begin my home inspection licensing journey. I don’t have enough good things to say about this fantastic establishment! The team here at ITA helped me in more ways than just passing along the knowledge necessary to pass the national exam. While they certainly do that, they treat you like a fellow inspector long before you get your license. They treat you like a person rather than simply just a customer paying for their services. I began the class but was interrupted by a bout of COVID and they went above my expectations in providing different avenues to help me accomplish finishing the class. Even after my completion, Dominick was always available to assist me in my many questions when it came to the rest of the licensing process. Not only was he an awesome instructor and very personable, he was a great asset and a bank of knowledge when it came to everything that came after the class portion. I can’t thank him and his team enough for truly helping me along the way. If you’re looking for a school with a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and personal connection, you’ve found it! Thank you ITA for making my career change possible!

  There’s not enough stars to give or room to write to express my appreciation to the I.T.A. for the professional training that I have received. Every instructor was very knowledgeable and informative. Class was engaging and fun. Every instructor taught at a level that every student could understand. I never once felt left behind in class. If you are looking to start a career in Home Inspection, look no further! This group of instructors will put you on the fast track to success! Dominick, Sam, Marshall and Kieth…Thank you!!!

  I can't say enough good things about this school. They were there for me every step of the way from teaching about the inspection process, how to study for the national exam to helping with the getting my AZ state license. I was terrified when choosing a new career at the age of 43 and knowing nothing about home construction, and now at 46 I am a top inspector at a big firm and absolutely love what I do. Would have never followed through had it not been for ITA. They truly care about their student's success.
