I have been to a few PTs in the Phoenix area, but I have found the one I will return to for all my physical therapy needs. I have been treated by both Dennis and Justin and cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received from both of them. They are knowledgeable, kind and delightful! I was referred to St. James by a friend who is a massage therapist and I am so grateful for this recommendation. They also have a wonderful support staff. Thanks Dennis and Justin - I appreciate what you do!
Dennis has been the only male practitioner that hasn't made me feel uncomfortable in my whole life. As someone who scores a 1 in physical touch in my love language and have PTSD triggers from touch by any gender, I haven't remotely felt uncomfortable by anyone working here. I am hesitant to have male doctors and be seen by male practitioners, but urge anyone who has these same feelings to give Dennis a shot. I genuinely feel welcomed by their receptionist Kim, appreciate her reminders and friendly service when I call, and I've had fun stimulating conversations with the whole team. Most importantly really enjoy the progress I've experienced while in their care and am looking forward to living strong and pain free!
This was the 2nd physical therapy I tried for Ileo-sacral joint injury. I was in a lot of pain and leery my previous physical therapy with another company caused more problems.
Dennis St. James was very patient and kind and after a comprehensive evaluation, was able to make some suggestions and adjustments that gave me immediate relief!
I am so grateful to him and his team and am now back to most of my normal activities. I would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat!
In the middle of an afternoon, my back did something weird and I was unable to walk for more than ten feet without extreme pain. I had a special once in a lifetime wedding to go to in just two days! The folks at this office were kind enough to fit me in the schedule before my trip. I was able to walk out of the office upright and take a flight the next day after just one visit! Cannot recommend them enough. Would give more stars if possible! Ten thumbs up!!! Thanks again!
I saw Dennis St James several years ago after I was in a bad car accident, and went to him again this past month for 12 treatments when I was having a severe flare-up. The team in this office is amazing. They take such good care of their patients, and Dennis spends time 1:1 with you at every visit (which can be hard to come by with a lot of doctors that want to get you in and out quickly). I have continued to have pain though, and Dennis and Kim at the front desk were helpful in trying to refer me to rheumatologists, and letting me know that they are here in my healing journey. I definitely recommend this office for anyone in need of comprehensive Physical Therapy.
