HandKrafted Studios (HKS)

After working with Felix for a while, I am amazed how it slipped my mind to do a review after all this time. Let me be very clear: you will not find a more high quality establishment to record at, but even impressive is the character of the people behind it. Honorable people, high quality equipment and a very straight-up good vibe makes HKSTUDIOS the premiere music studio establishment in the Valley.

Honestly the best place I have recorded ever. Been my studio for about 5 years and Brian and Felix treat your songs and mixes personally. They want you to achieve the best sound possible. They are always on top of the latest mixing techniques and forever learning and honing their craft. Honest and dedicated with no nonsense. I refer all my music artist friends to them and I am not surprised to see them make their way to HKS. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend them is so I can hog all the recording time. Seriously though I am so thankful they produced 42 songs so far for me and I am amazed at the sound. If you’re not in AZ, but need mixing work they also transformed some of my lesser mixes recorded off site and brought them to life. The rooms are sound treated as well & they have the best ear for mixing. You will be happy. Thanks to Mega Ran and Felix for having me record Gift their you brought my music back to life.

Felix is incredible to work with. I would highly recommend booking time at HandKrafted Studios with him. (HKS) I’m impressed with how Felix structures his recording sessions, and how nice of a guy he is. He’s very organized, efficient, and brings high value the moment you walk in the room.

Just finished our third session at this studio in the past 30 days and every session has been a five star experience. Felix is a next level producer and engineer! Seriously! His workflow is high quality and fast. He’s really easy to work with and tracks vocals and/or instruments with patience. He also can produce live on the spot (rare to find in this industry) If you’re a serious artist or just starting out, I’d highly recommend booking a session with this studio and with Felix. I've worked with Brian and Felix extensively and I can attest to their talent and professionalism. They both have very fast communication. Everything they've done is sonically excellent. If you're in Arizona, this is where you should be recording your music, no question about it. And they're great for online mix work as well.
