(December 15, 2018, 10:40 am)Netty is an old school woman from Russia. She has been in the neighborhood for years and gives fantastic haircuts. Also does old-fashioned curlers and hairdryer sets. She has a great personality and demeanor. Only downside is she doesn't do color.
