I was referred to Levi by a very sweet young lady that works at the smoke shop I go into on a regular basis. He was very professional and helpful from the start of my phone call. I was not even sure if I wanted to go in that day, but I am so glad I did that same day. Process was very quick and the nurse was pleasant and welcoming.Examination was easy going and comfortable. Received an email with my card within 2 business days. Levi is good with responding to calls in a timely matter with questions you may have.Will definitely be renewing with same company.

Awesome place. They Made sure each step i was prepared(had right documents an notes) an that i could still even make my initial appointment. Smooth process. Easy to talk to an communicate with weather you have one question or many questions such as i myself did.
