I don't disagree with some of the comments about certain office staff, however people need to understand that isn't Dr. Epstein or Esteban's fault. Dr. Epstein will treat you right, you need to be straight with him and give him all the info though, like any other doctor. I went in and told him everything going on and he ran all kinds of tests and figured out what 5 other endos couldn't be bothered to even care about. As a result, I am feeling much better.
I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for over 3 years now, as does another family member. In the beginning his demeanor can come off as a little distant. I honestly just think he's a little more reserved, maybe even shy. That does not make him a bad doctor. Now when I see him we chat and laugh like old friends. He's a great guy and a great doctor. I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so.
Dr Epstein is great. Just gets to the point. No monkey business!!!????
However the front desk staff is way less than professional. Unless you insist you will not even be acknowledged. All the have to say is that they'll be with you as soon as possibe.
Even asking you to please sign in, please sit down and they'll call you as soon as possible would be nice.

The lab people and Dr Epstein's assistant are wonderful. Nice, professional and they know how to draw blood without digging for gold!!!
I saw Dr Epstein by default today, because there was a 2 hour wait to see the Doc I had an appointment with. Boy, did I get lucky!! I LOVED Dr Epstein!!!! He was kind, patient, communicative, helpful and hopeful. He addressed all my concerns and asked insightful questions. He ordered some tests that no one else has thought to. I believe he is thorough and interested in helping me. Finally, I have hope again!!!!!
Dr Epstein cares, listens and attends to my concerns. He’s helped me get my thyroid back on track. I’m thankful we still have doctors who think of their patients.
