Alien Air Conditioning and Heating

My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

He also checked to see if the part was under warranty and luckily it was. You can't find a better Company to trust in the Valley than them.. I would never give my service to any one but them. This company is amazing, they do treat you like family and they are professional and thorough. We needed the whole nine yards, Chris went through our entire heating and air conditioning system and recommend a new cost effective and energy efficient system at an affordable price. The crew did a fantastic installation job and even installed new thermostats of our choice. We became new Alien customers and set up a regular maintenance service with our new Alien friends.
