I wish I could give Dr. Jocelyn Nguyen 10 stars instead of 5. She has been our family’s doctor for going on ten years now. She is the most kind and caring doctor you will ever meet and has gone above and beyond time after time again to give us excellent care! She does a thorough job doing routine care, but where she has really shined for us is during a crisis. She has expedited referrals, squeezed us into her schedule and filled prescriptions at the last minute, and basically has just done a wonderful job overall. You really know who a person is when you see how they treat you during an emergency. We like her so much that we were willing to pay for her services out of pocket when it looked like our insurance was going to change (but luckily our insurance didn’t change)! She always asks about our other family members: sons, daughters, and grandchildren. Her warm and compassionate personality is a bonus on top of her excellent clinical skills. We have had nothing but fantastic interactions with her over many years and recommend her highly.
Dr Nguyen is a great physician. She took great care of her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!
I am a patient of Dr. Nguyen and I could not feel better cared for. Trust in your doctor is very important, and Dr. Nguyen inspires exactly that! She took the time to listen, not just to my symptoms, but also to what I think and what my needs are. The clinic staff was very nice and prompt to respond to my questions. Dr. Nguyen is very busy but she always makes the time to answer my questions. I am blessed to be her patient!
