Really good customer service, they. Welcome us in when came in. Was willing to give different tips, answered all our questions. And they made us laugh when I left a little uncomfortable about a question so it just made me want to ask as I did.😅 lol they was 😎 cool...

Very first time going into a store like this and it was the best experience! Thank you Desiree for helping me and learning some new things from her that I didn’t know! She’s was the best employee! She greets everyone that comes in and so helpful! Thank you!

It's impossible to walk out of the Castle without buying more than I expect to spend. Their products are high quality and their selection is the best in Arizona.
I just wish they had stores in Yavapai county.

I was helped by Sandra today (I hope that’s her name!) she is PHENOMENAL!! I walked in was immediately greeted by her, she let us know that if we had any questions or needed anything she would be able to help us. When we did, she was incredibly quick and thoughtful with her replies. I eventually had to leave since I realized I forgot my ID, so she made sure to hold out stuff while I went and got it. When I came back she added a book to help guide us through the process of using our items, I would’ve never seen that boo or bought it if she didn’t help us with that.

Not often you run into such a truly kind and caring person, especially in customer service! Y’all deal with a lot!!! So, it’s all the more meaningful that someone is still willing to go above and beyond for customers like us.

Please give that amazing woman a raise!!! The other staff there were incredibly kind and funny too, so I don’t want you thinking it’s just her. However, Sandra definitely stood out and made sure to make us comfortable and educated. Anytime we lingered by an item, she made sure to ask if we had any questions, which we usually did so she was beyond helpful!

I’m just thankful that people like her (and the rest of the staff!!) exist still, I’m still floored by their kindness.
