  We used Phelps Law for our Estate Planning and Family Trust. We had multiple trusts to deal with after my Mother's passing and Jeff LaClair made it all seem easy. He has an ability to explain very complex concepts in simple to understand terms. We also had Phelps Law put together our own Estate plan with multiple trusts and we where very happy with the process. I would highly recommend Jeff and Phelps Law.

  Phelps Law and specifically Bryan Holm helped update my estate planning documents. Bryan was pleasant to work with as he took the time to understand my situation and what was important before documenting my Revocable Living Trust. Bryan also had the opportunity to meet others in my family and provided all of us the guidance for our unique situations. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner.

  I am pleased to recommend Phelps Law as a good place to do business. I created our revocable living trust through one of these on-line outfits. That was no problem, but I needed help to put our home into our trust. I remember my Mom and Dad had Stephen Phelps prepare their trust back in 1987, and they had spoken highly of him. So, I contacted Phelps Law to help me fund my trust. They got the job completely done within 2 weeks, and that, during the busy Christmas season! I found the folks at Phelps Law to be courteous, prompt and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

  Phelps Law helped us set up our living will and did our estate planning. They have been great to work with! Their scheduling and follow up has been top notch. Bryan was extremely patient with us and listen to exactly how we wanted things set up. He helped explain things in normal English instead of hard to understand legal language. He wrote everything out for us on easy to read graphs. This made my wife and I feel so much better about things because we were able to understand them a lot better this way. We are glad Phelps Law was referred to us. We are excited to have everything set up finally and feel like we have a huge weight off or shoulders knowing things will be taken care of for our children when we are gone. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so great to work with!
