I have used Liberty Plumbing for many years. I am a facility manager for a church and they have provided excellent service with an honest price. I also use them for my home plumbing needs and have recommended them to many of my neighbors. They take the time to make sure you are getting the proper service and don't sell you things you don't need. All the techs are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure it is done right. A big thanks to Ted for his coordination scheduling and follow up.
Needed new RO system put in and some work on toilet and soft water system fixed and house water filter changed. Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Have also had Tom out too who discovered old RO leaking into island which had to be torn apart and restored. Wonderful company and is so great to have prompt communications via text or phone answered promptly. I highly recommend this firm.
I recently engaged Tom Ford, Liberty Plumbing, to troubleshoot a strange “water” noise in my garage. Three prior plumbers gave various solutions – all pointing towards a house leak (slab, fire suppression, etc.). Only Tom had the correct sense, intelligence and logic to determine the cause of the problem (Epcor leak in street). Tom is a professional and highly experienced to determine the correct solution without upselling or bad mouthing the competition. Liberty Plumbing had also resolved a prior slab leak issue with little inconvenience to us. Their employees are also knowledgeable and experienced. All around a fair price for excellent service.
They got out very quickly to help repair a leak on a Saturday so we could get water back to the house. Friendly and good price for the weekend and on call emergency service. Plumber also checked our water pressure, etc. Thank you for your quick service
We wanted to have bathroom fixtures moved as we were converting bath tub to a walk in shower. I got the liberty contact through a friend and Ted was able to send the technical quickly next day itself and he was professional and finished the job in 90 mins and next time I called them to put the fixtures back and they were on time and finished the job quickly. Highly recommend them.
