Went to Salon Jo-El got the best haircut I have ever had! I loved the cut Joel gave me. He’s so personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. He even showed me how to style my new cut. I’ve had so many compliments! Everyone in the salon was friendly. I can’t say enough about this salon! I’ll definitely be going back!!!

I'd got the best haircut by stylist Noah. He was very attentive, courteous and polite. Most importantly he was confident and gave great input into cutting my hair. I now get my haircut every 2 weeks by stylist Noah.

I found EL JOEL Salon by searching the internet for the best salon in Phoenix. Joel’s salon was at the top of the list. I had long gray / dark brown thick hair. I used to call my hair “witches hair”. I emailed the salon and scheduled my appointment. I was only wanting a trim. I was greeted by the receptionist and sat down. Joel my hairdresser introduced himself to me. He put out his arm and led me to his station. We discussed my hair in detail and the stage was set. Joel again put out his arm and led me to his wonderful assistant who shampooed my hair. Joel gave me the most wonderful haircut and style. My hair went from long, thick unmanageable hair to medium length, manageable hair. I have had long hair for many years. So this was a major deal for me. I felt so pampered and comfortable with Joel and his assistant, almost as if I had known them for years. There is so much more to say, but not enough space. Joel gave me styling tips for my new do. I broke my left arm in Earle August, and I still don’t have full use of my arm, so this new hairstyle is perfect for me. I have not had to style or brush my hair since. Just a little fluffing, and I am ready to go. When I arrived home, my mom about fell out of her chair. She said that this new style must have been made just for me. She will be booking an appointment with Joel in the future. If you are looking for quality, customer care, and professionalism, please consider EL-JOEL salon. I promise that you will not be disappointed. This salon is phenomenal to say the least. Please give the salon a try. You will be amazed at the outcome.

Since I could not leave a new review I wanted to update this one! I went back to see the Amazing Ashley and was Blown away all over again. I felt like a mess walking in and a Queen walking out💚💚🥂

Salon Jo-El to the Rescue!!!! My hair got BUTCHERED at another shop (before and after pics attached) and Salon Jo-El got me in sooner than I expected so I only had to hang on for a few days and Ashley took the absolute best care of me!! I can not say thank you enough to Joel for having such an amazing salon and to Ashley for literally giving me my confidence back!! I will not make the mistake of going anywhere else again!!
