  Aptitude is THE BEST GYM EVER! I have been working with owners Roger and Brooke since I was in high school,
  they truly created the baseline of strength and conditioning that helped me to get recruited to my dream school Stanford and to be prepared for my first collegiate softball workouts freshman year! I've done their group sessions and one on ones since high school, and have met some of the most incredible people through these workouts. They've been kind enough to let me utilize their amazing facilities to train while I've been home for summer break, and have continued to help me strengthen all aspects of my game (lifting, sprinting, hand-eye coordination, etc) so that I can continue to compete at the college level. They and their staff are some of the most knowledgable, driven, caring people I've met and I couldn't recommend Aptitude more to you... you NEED to check them out!

  Phenomenal performance and training center. Owners/staff are professional, highly trained, and personally invested in your results. Classes are affordable and optimal in size with fellow members who are kind and welcoming. Aptitude caters to a wide range of age and fitness levels, yet is always challenging.  My husband and kids all work out there and are truly treated like family. Absolutely recommend.

  My favorite place to be! I have trained with Roger and Brooke for almost 8 years now, and each time I'm leave feeling strong, motivated, challenged and excited to go back. The program changes so frequently I'm always appropriately challenged. I love working out with all different fitness levels and learning to push myself to new strengths. The Cahill's and staff are the best in the business and I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

  I’ve been working out with this team of coaching professionals since they opened and recently, reached a milestone in my strength and abilities. Truly, skilled professionals who work with athletes and a newbie. They know how to scale to your appropriate level to avoid injury! They are responsive, on time always, offering a very clean facility with top notch equipment and are very careful with protocols to ensure your safety and health. I highly recommend this team of professionals to advance in your goals for physical fitness and health. Simply, the BEST in Phoenix!!

  Honestly the best place I’ve gone for my performance training! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the programming for strength and conditioning development is fantastic! Working in pro sports I’ve been around a lot of great trainers and Aptitude is led by one of the best! Private, small focused group, personalized… it also has additional physical therapy if you need it and they will customize a plan if you are coming back from and injury. So no matter if you are a professional athlete or peak performer looking to up your physical game look no further!
