  Great hotel! Very nice grounds that are perfectly maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are second to none.

  Beautiful Frank Lloyd wright property. Seven pools all 24 hours and 24-hour fitness center. Very pretty and spacious. You can stay at the resort or drive nearby to Scottsdale or other parts of Phoenix. Hiking very close nearby at squaw peak

  The Arizona Biltmore Waldorf Astoria was far beyond our expectations! We adored everything, from the beautiful grounds, the schedule events, all of the staff and the food. Everything was exceptional and actually perfect! My husband and I had a wonderful time lounging at the pool. Zack the pool manager was fantastic and overly nice and accommodating. The food at the pool was delicious. We also ate at Frank and Albert's three times while we were visiting. We actually cancelled reservations at a restaurant that was off the property because we loved Frank and Albert's so much. This is because the food was out of this world fantastic! The smashed avocado is the best we have ever had, as well as the steak and meatloaf. Our server was Josh , maybe the nicest server we've ever had... genuinely nice! He did everything he could to make our experience the best. We live in Vegas so we know great customer service. The Biltmore provided the best customer service possible, not to mention the beauty of the grounds....stunning. we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!!

  Pro: friendly, unique, historical, beautiful property, kid friendly. Movie night at the pool was cool, yard games are fun
  
  Con: found a scorpion in our room (baby almost grabbed it) it took an hour to come up and search room with light. They eventually came up and took care of it. Mosquitos are out..and are us up. Bring bug spray!
  Spa massage= unimpressed. I've gotten WAY better service at massage envy for 1/3 of the price.
  Food is expensive! We traveled out of the resort to eat. Brought our own bottled water and sodas and snacks.
