(November 18, 2018, 4:06 pm)Haven of Phoenix provided the utmost professional care for a family member who required physical therapy, occupational therapy, and round the clock nursing care. Management and staff were proactive in her rehabilitation at all times being compassionate to her needs, comfort, and cleanliness. Nursing staff was phenomenal! Meals prepared were delicious. Ancillary staff were attentive and helpful. I recommend Haven of Phoenix to any family who is looking for the best care in the Valley.

(November 16, 2018, 3:54 pm)The Haven of Phoenix is wonderful. My father is a resident there and is very happy. The entire staff is very caring and willing to accommodate all of his needs. While his stay will be temporary as he is recovering from an accident I would not hesitate to call on The Haven if needed again in the future.

Expert wound care nurses are on site as well as nurses with experience with medically complex patients. Friendly staff, great food and very accommodating admissions team that will continue to follow the patients throughout their stay to make sure their needs are being met. Newly renovated hallways and rooms as well as a beautiful and very green courtyard to enjoy time outside. Great food with alternative options if you want something different.
