AutoZone Auto Parts

This Auto Zone always has what is needed in stock even hard to find stuff. Other auto zones do not do this. This one is farther away from my place but I know to come here. Juan is the best & knows lots about trucks & is helpful.

I was new to Phoenix and pulled into the parking lot of this autozone to check my oil because the light came on and my AC suddenly went out when it was 115°. This really nice employee (I think his name was Doug) was outside and asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong and he said it didn’t have to do with the oil and that is was most likely my cabin air filter. I had no clue what that was so he told me how to access it and went inside and got me a new one. He changed it out for me and my AC started working perfectly. He was super kind and I’m really grateful for his help.

I LOVE this AutoZone. The employees are always so helpful and courteous. Juan was AMAZING, in particular. He really took the time to check that the part I needed was good to go. I appreciate that they take the time with each customer.
