(August 23, 2022, 3:16 pm)Carolinas is easily one my favorite Mexican restaurants in the valley. Everything seems to look very tasty, with my meal of choice being the Green Machacca burrito. Getting it double wrapped is a must. Their salsa is simply amazing... My favorite salsa I have ever had.. You do have to be prepared for a bit of a wait though.

(April 23, 2022, 12:40 am)This will always be my go to place. They are quick, while sometimes busy ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT. Plus is they offer pickup now!! Food is always piping hot and never disappoints!!! Go to dish is the enchiladas with red sauce, along with rice & beans that comes with it. Their tamales are bomb as well. Prices are amazing for the food you get. My dad is certain that they turn up the flavoring in the soda machines because its nothing compared to soda anywhere else. They recently remodeled this location & it is absolutely what they needed inside!! It’s very open & the white & green walls give it a pretty look.

(March 3, 2022, 12:24 am)By no means is this a complaint or diss to the restaurant, but, man, I love me some messy Mexican food! First official time going here, and man, it was SOOOOOO good. I absolutely loved the green sauce, really really good! I can't wait to try more of their menu!
