(October 7, 2020, 4:52 pm)I went on to return a dress i purchased in seattle that was too large and bring in a jacket to alterations to change buttons. Mr Lee is the best - despite being busy he patiently explained what needed to happen w my gucci jacket. Super cheap $6 to change 6 buttons. I also lost my keys - but the staff found them. So much clearance sunglasses and clothing and the clearance shoes are an extra 40% off. The staff is nice both on the registers and the floors

(August 27, 2020, 2:01 pm)shopped yesterday with my sister. found such great deals.all of the staff we dealt with were helpful and very pleasant. but the outstanding employee for us was Jay G. at the register ! so very helpful and really made our day! tried to take survey to compliment him but survey was closed.
