I feel so fortunate to have worked with Paige Heavey with Bridge Relocation Concierge and her team over the last 16 years to assist me in selling and buying homes. She is so knowledgeable about the market in the Valley and provides excellent counsel. She helped me stage the house I was selling and we got full price. She is a great communicator and really takes the time to listen. She helped me figure out what I wanted in my new house and reminded me of that when I thought about settling in this tough sellers market. Her positivity helped me find a home that I love and provided the best advice to make an offer that was accepted. Her follow through is also awesome. We requested roof repairs in the inspection of the house I was buying, and she was up there checking out the work and getting video. And she doesn't just stop there. Several years ago I had a pipe burst in a former home and she was right there to help me get the people I needed to clean it up and repair it. It is great to have someone I trust on my side.
The people at Bridge Relocation made our transition from California easier than we expected. My Relocation Specialist showed us several communities and helped us pick out the best neighborhood and school for my family. She also answered all of our questions. So far, we are loving living in the metro Phoenix area.
Having Paige and her team help us relocate here was like having a family friend looking out for us when ever we were in a tight spot. And we had our share of them being this was our first time in the US. On every occasion they have gone above and beyond their call of duty to help us with our blind spots. They care deeply about setting people for success, and that is something you can’t put a price tag on.
