  Amazing and life changing. Literally. In addition to the workout, these coaches really care about you. So refreshing. Can’t say enough good things! Come give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

  The intensity was good and the overall impact was low. It keeps the heart rate up, which in turn keeps the metabolism up. The staff was really good too, listened to concerns, talked about adjustments to the workout to still achieve the goal. Definitely the change of pace I needed for my workouts.

  The teacher/trainer Zach was great. It was my first class and he kept checking up on me and making sure I was doing ok. I am SUPER out of shape and it was a VERY hard class, but he didn't get on me if I was taking the weights a bit slow, or when I was starting at the Power Walker level on the treadmill. He tried to help correct my form, but wasn't being harsh when it started to get sloppy by the end of the workout (it was leg heavy and my legs were very wobbly by the end!). I have a hard time sticking to my fitness goals because I have a hard time "finding time" which is an excuse I have in my head because i'm uncomfortable in the gym alone. This is perfect because It's a great mix of things for the workout and Zach was super positive throughout the workout. Not shouting at us, just pushing and motivating us to go harder. Plus he had a great mix of music! haha. The music really helped me when I thought I was going to give up!Thank you for a wonderful first class!

  I am 63 years old and after Orange Theory for six months, I am in better shape than when I was 43. As a physician, I recognize the incredible value of the combined cardio and strength training provided. The coaches are excellent at providing guidance and that extra motivation everyone needs. The staff is friendly and helpfull. I cannot say enough good things about Orangetheory Central Phoenix. I really enjoy everything about working out there. Love it!

  Best workout ever!! The staff and coaches are amazing! Been coming here almost 2 years now and truly have gotten results that I didn’t accomplish anywhere else! I show up, and every time it’s always a different workout and all planned out. The coaches constantly support you and make sure your form is good with good tips. I like how the studio also has events and truly make you feel like you are part of a family. Love my OTF family!
