Very professional and friendly staff at all levels of care. Procedure, options, and expected cost clearly explained. Dr. Jones takes time to explain what he is doing, makes sure you are comfortable during procedure. Up to date on the latest equipment and procedures. I was with Dr. Arak, the previous dentist, for over 30 years and I'm so happy that North Mountain continues to provide high quality dental care. Emma and Sherry are great!

I’m really glad I chose North Mountain Dentistry. Dr. Jones is AMAZING - very thorough, checks-in during the procedure, personable, and I felt I couldn’t have made a better decision. I’ve had three different hygienists there and each one of them is amazing! Dorothy who runs the front has taken care of me three times now, and is always super informative and helpful with alllll of my questions. I’m new to my dental plan, but she explained everything and made it super easy to understand. I am by far ecstatic with choosing North Mountain Dentistry.
I should add that I knew what issues I had going on with my teeth and what needed to be fixed, and they were completely honest with the assessment. Anyone who’s hesitant to go to the dentist, I can confidently say NMD will alleviate that worry.
