My family starts each day on vacation looking for a local bagel shop. We flew into Phoenix and stayed at a hotel near the airport.
Baglefelds was a few miles away. It is the type of local bagel shop we live to find. Nothing fancy. Great bagels. As close to NY bagels you can find.
We all got toasted bagels with butter (plain and everything bagels.) exceptional taste and texture.
Friendly service.
Great coffee too! They have locally roasted cold brew from Blue House Coffee (and hot coffee as well.)
Highly recommend this local bagel shop.
Best NY Style Bagels in AZ, hands down. Freshly baked daily (except Mondays when they are closed) and the Spicy Pepper Cream Cheese is SO good. Best enjoyed same day hot off the press! Charlie also does open faced sandwiches sometimes on weekends, brunch catering, and you can also find Bagelfeld's at the Uptown Farmer's Market. Absolutely worth treating yourself!!
White building located right behind the red title barn off Thomas.
Tucked away off of Thomas you'll find this unassuming bagelry. Walk in through the nondescript, white double doors, where you'll find a small counter where they'll serve you. Behind you'll find them kneading and molding the dough! Friendly folks and tasty bagels. Also, they have a locally sourced cold brew offering from Blue House Coffee.
Hands down best bagel place I've found since moving from the northeast! The right combo of chewy crispy carby always fresh goodness!! My favorite combinations are the salt bagel with lemon/herb cream cheese and the fennel raisin bagel with honey brown butter cream cheese.
Its a little hidden, behind the crossfit gym and tag and title place that looks like a barn. The bagels are really good. I had the everything bagel with salmon spread it was delicious. My gf tried the spicy pepper and garlic, don't worry if "spicy" has you concerned, it's really not hot, but very flavorful. Great little spot, friendly folks that work there. Worth repeat visits, in my opinion.
