Walked in from Chicago to get furniture for our new Phoenix home. From the point of entry David and Tim greeting us professionally and enthusiastically. Our salesman David showed knowledge and patience while we shopped. No forced sales tactics, no hidden prices. Came in for just a bed and left out with 2 bedrooms sets a 2piece couch and ottoman, a kitchen set and living room floor.

Best experience I have had EVER while looking for furniture

Best place in town hands down! Ask for Dave or Tim they were great. We stopped in just looking but left with a whole houseful for 1000's less than anywhere else we looked. Highly reccomend!

I have dealt with Dave at the location on Thomas and 32nd st on 2 occasions. Both times he was pleasant and very welcoming. Helped me stay within budget and get everything I needed. His customer service skills are unmatched and because of him (and your great prices) I will continue to shop with this company.

My experience at American Freight is definitely worth typing about! First of all I was greeted warmly, friendly, & in a caring way. Robert was aimed to please, regardless of anything coming his way in conversation. As it goes with David, he discreetly stepped right in. Between, the two of them they worked rather well together & totally have respect for each other! It was obvious that they enjoy what they do & therefore I feel they need to be recognized for their performance. I would recommend this store to anyone, friends, family. I plan to announce this experience that I had today to anyone I come in contact looking for rugs,appliances, furniture & mattresses.
