Entrust Hospice

This is a recommendation for Entrust Hospice Care in Phoenix, AZ.

I have provided end of life and palliative care for multiple people. I have coordinated care plans and communicated with close to a dozen doctors and nurses in at least three hospice care organizations over the past five years. I believe that Entrust Hospice Care is one of the best hospice care providers that exist and can attest that they are the greatest hospice organization that I have dealt with.

Upon contacting Entrust to arrange for end of life care for my Aunt, I was pleased by the immediate response and impressed that Kera, the Director, took a supportive role to guide our family through the process. Nurse Pat is highly qualified and compassionate. She was always able to communicate in a very clear and clinical way yet always remain positive and comforting (which is profound considering the nature of hospice). Lead Nurse Lisa was very kind and ensured that we had everything we would need during the process. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind, friendly, and most importantly: experienced. I want to use a variety of adverbs: immensely, extremely, experienced. Their collective knowledge played a big role in the process and really helped achieve the best possible outcome during end of life care for our family member.

All medications and equipment my Aunt needed, we got it in a minimal amount of time. If we had any issues or concerns, there was always someone from Entrust to speak with. The staff stayed in communication with each other and managed my Aunt’s hospice care more like a high level care facility: individualized, with a high degree of consideration to various treatments or medications available. Beyond that, they went to great lengths to ensure that our entire family was doing okay during this rough event.

Kera, Pat, Lisa, the entire crew at Entrust Hospice Care are exceptional. As someone who has had to coordinate hospice care in the past for family members, I would say that Entrust is truly different, in a league of its own, and is the only hospice provider that I would recommend to anyone here in the Phoenix area.

Hi. I was recently approached by a lady from your company. She handed me a bag of information which included face masks. I have a very difficult time breathing through face masks and the face masks she provided to me were perfect. It was a godsent. I am traveling soon and having these masks means so much to me. Entrust Hospice is an exceptional place to work. The people I work with are like family and they treat their patients as such. Our nurses have a combined healthcare experience of over 100 years and are top notch. Many of our patients have improved health status due to the great thorough care they receive by our team. Some patients even have had to be transitioned off of hospice services because of the great care provided. I would highly recommend Entrust Hospice to anyone I know.

Our team is family and we work together to provide amazing patient experiences. I would refer my loved ones to Entrust because I know they would get the best care out there.

Let's start with 5 stars. Working for Entrust Hospice is the greatest experience of my life. Its an exceptional place to work and the staff and management are wonderful. I was able to take care of patients and family as if I were taking care of my own loved ones. What a great feeling!!!
