His Staff are very professional, caring, and help make my visits very pleasant.

(June 19, 2018, 3:30 am)Dr. Cibulka was one of the best, if not THE best physician I have had in both my military career and post-military retirement. Until Dr. Cibulka, I had never been treated with such respect and care. The man takes the time to explain everything in depth and answers questions thoughtfully, in a way the lay person may understand but not coming across "holier-than-thou". The fact he has an outstanding sense of humor, while simultaneously determining the issue at hand and how to deal with the issue, makes him one to hold on to. If I hadn't had to move from Phoenix to Austin, there is no doubt in my military mind I would have stayed with this superior doctor.
