I cannot ask for better support, communication and care than what I have received with this team at Arcadia HonorHealth. My provider, Dr. Ungar, is amazingly kind, patient, thorough and he truly listens to Ana’s well as values my feedback. He answers all my questions fully and honestly. His MAs are equally wonderful- very responsive and attentive. The entire start from front office to the lab team to the back office support team are all kind and very efficient with their work. I cannot say enough about this entire team and highly recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had a telehealth appointment with Doctor Caitlin Allen of HonorHealth Medical Group. She was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and caring. She asked plenty of questions to fully understand my condition and overall health status. She then prescribed a course of treatment along with recommendations and alternatives for my condition. I am very happy with Dr Allen and HonorHealth.

From setting up my appointment for my flu vaccine to walking in the staff was beyond friendly, clean and helpful. Love Anaise, she is amazing and gave me my injection. No pain at all. Very helpful and kind. Nancy and Sylvia were amazing very sweet and were cleaning which eases everyone mind during this pandemic.

Making an appointment was so easy and hassle free. COVID-19 screening was done prior to entering facility which made for a faster check in. Nurse took me in within five minutes of registering. Received my flu shot and was on my way in minutes.
Everyone at this facility was professional and cared about my needs. Friendly staff and won’t hesitate to return for all my medical needs.

I love my new PCP. Dr. Allen was present, thorough and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.
