(May 26, 2019, 7:12 am)I’ll be 100% honest. At first there was miscommunication between myself and the ladies at the desk but it’s resolved. Laura is really cool!!! Always helps me when she can. The maintenance guys are awesome. They definitely do their best to keep this place clean. Never had an issue with bugs, scorpions, rarely even seen a roach. Pool is clean majority of the time. Parking is kinda cramped. Inside the apartments aren’t bad. I have 1 bedroom. Enough space for me and guests when they come over. Neighbors are quiet. Never had an issue with any other tenant which is nice. Price seems fair. Everything is increasing which sucks but this place is pretty cheap for what you get. Hopefully it stays this way
(October 3, 2016, 12:03 pm)Loved living here, sad my husband and I had to go! It is really quiet. The pool and spa were so much fun to have available. The staff are amazing! The ladies in the office always get things done immediately when you ask. Frank who helps out with maintenance, is the sweetest and hardest working guy there. :-)
(August 25, 2015, 2:01 pm)I have been living here for 4 months now and I love it. Its quiet and right next to Papago Mountain. Management is awesome and very friendly. Had an issue when moving in with a water leak under sink in bathroom and they took care of that quickly. Have a 1 bed/1 bath and that's all I need and for the price I cant complain. I do own 2 vehicles and can only have 1 car space so that kind of puts me down but like I said I cant complain for the price. Give it 4 stars only because parking space is tight and only 1 car per Bedroom. Would definitely recommend
(May 14, 2015, 10:09 pm)Lived here for two years (2013-2015). Never had an issue. The staff is courteous and quick to fix things. The apartments are quiet and cheap. Parking is a little tight, both in the number of spaces and in the space size. But with the assigned space you get with the apartment it's never been an issue.
