Last night was my first hot yoga class, and only my 3rd time ever doing yoga at all, and Kenny was such a great instructor! Seriously made me actually interested in keeping up with yoga. His class was challenging but totally doable and I loved it! Thank you Kenny! ????

Tara is the best! Love her! I’m a fairly larger person and needed something to try to start getting me in shape. On my second visit I actually made it through the whole class! She told me not to give up and let’s face it, you can’t go wrong with the introductory special!

I like the wide selection of classes. You can almost always find a class you want to join in on. I like the 2 studios and that both are nice and clean. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions I had. My only gripe with most yoga studio’s is always the cost. Not necessarily the actual price of the class, but that you have to use your class packs within the month. I’m a stay at home mom and can’t always make it into class 4 or 8 times a month and also wouldn’t be able to justify an unlimited membership for that same reason. Other than that, I love core power.
