I came in for an estimate to get some scratches on my side door buffed out and Roger took a look and told me honestly (and quickly) that it was too deep but he offered to suction out the dent and touch up the paint in the deepest scratches... for free! The honesty and service is very much appreciated and I'd feel comfortable bringing any car here in the future.
