NOT GOING WELL...
The cabinets were installed in Nov '20 and it took effort to get them to measure for granite, finally done Dec 18. Installation date was Jan 13 '21 but 3 men arrived with 2 slabs and could not get it in my doorway with the wheels they had, told there were low profile ones they would bring with more men. Heard nothing. I called Jeff at 7 am and he said he would call me back, did not. I called at 11:15 and he said by noon he would have info. He did not call so I called at 1:16 and receptionist said Jeff is gone for the day! I was upset and told her I wanted to complain to the owner and she put me on hold and Jeff comes on...he has to order wheels, does not know when they will arrive next week. I was told they had the wheels just have to find which installer's truck they were on! Why would they send their man to measure my huge island and not measure the doorways to get it inside?!?! POOR SERVICE

We love our new counter tops! They were exactly what we wanted. The installation crew was one of the best we've ever worked with. They were very professional and knowledgeable!
