(August 6, 2020, 10:32 pm)I apparently had an unprecedented situation that nobody had figured out how to handle quite yet, having failed the no contact inspection. I got nowhere at the Chandler location, but the people here were incredibly helpful by contrast. They were very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I got the regular OBD inspection that I needed to renew my registration.
