(March 8, 2020, 2:15 pm)I don't know why people keep giving the emergency room a bad review! They are amazing from the front desk to the kind and courteous nurses and doctors! Everything and everyone was amazing and did much better than the other hospital I've to for my shoulders! Thank you for your amazing care and for treating me like you were treating family! ????

(March 6, 2020, 11:49 pm)We recently visited the burn unit in this hospital. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff are. I was greeted when I walked in, I came in the wrong way though and the lady up front walked us all the way to the burn unit. I was checked in and given a room immediately, our nurses name was Van and she was absolutely amazing. My 3 year old had burned his hand and she explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. Her instructions were clear and she answered all my questions. She even walked us all the way to the correct exit so I didn’t get lost. I’m so grateful for the doctors and nurses we saw today!

(November 17, 2018, 11:30 pm)I went in for an echocardiogram. There was only a brief wait in admitting (yes, you have to go through Admitting to register). Two people appeared to help at the desk the already three people working. They were polite, efficient and professional. The same goes for the staff in Cardiology. I received my results via MyChart app by 5pm that same day. Overall very pleased with MIHS.
