Good food and pleasant environment! Worth the visit if you have a longer layover.

It's nice. A lot better than sitting in the terminal waiting area.

Good atmosphere and staff is constantly picking up and restocking. Plenty of varied seating but was very packed for holiday weekend.

Good selection of complimentary beer and wine with finer options available for cost.

I have traveled for the past 40 years and on american since 1984. I always view the admirals club as a place to relax, do some business, get a couple drinks before catching my next plane. A great place to get away from the busy airport.

My experience with American Airlines was a very good one. I flew across the country from Pittsburgh, PA to Ontario, CA with one connection in Phoenix. I always say that any flight that lands safely is a good one! But in all seriousness, I think the boarding process was very smooth, staff very professional, and just seemed like they go out of your way to make sure you are having a great experience. I don't like the fact they charge $30 for 1 bag, but I did not check a bag on this trip so it was fine.
