(December 24, 2019, 3:31 pm)Every time I’m at the airport I drop by The Refuge for a coffee. The coffee is good but the people there are remarkable. Somehow, they find a way to connect authentically to every customer and make sure they leave happy and more positive than they arrived. This may sound simple but it’s so uncommon today. These people are doing something truly special and it makes a real difference. Thank you to the entire Refuge team, the caffeine is great but the positive energy is wonderful!!!!

(October 10, 2019, 12:24 pm)Literally some of the best customer service we have EVER SEEN. The wonderful staff that works in this cafe is phenomenal. They are so kind, friendly, and genuine toward their customers and to each other despite being swarmed with so many customers- most of which are in a rush. I have never had such an amazing eating experience- especially in a busy airport! The food was amazing and the coffee was delicious. What a ray of light during one of our more hectic trips. Absolutely love this place. I could not recommend this more. Do yourself a favor and go to this cafe!!!!!!!

I was half asleep making my connection in PHX and it wasn’t the coffee (although it’s delicious) but the energy and thoughtfulness that these people have that gave me life! They work to the rhythm of joy and it’s absolutely contagious. Thank you guys for truly making my morning!

(January 26, 2019, 7:48 am)Had a wonderful breakfast here. The cashier was incredibly friendly and sincere, making everyone feel at home. This location opened at 5:30 am on the Saturday that I was in Terminal 4. It is located near Gate B9. I got the Ultimate Breakfast Panini with a Late and it was delicious. Best part, there are charging stations in the seating area.
