It took a few days of me calling for them to have a legal document served for me, but I do understand maybe there's a process they have to go thru on their end. Regardless, Kyle was my server and he acted respectful and professional about my situation. He took the time to explain what I needed to do moving forward and what my next steps would be. Ordered a delivery of some furniture through hotshot and I’m glad I did. They delivered it quicker than other places would and it came right on time without any hiccups. Gave me a call with a time window and even accommodated to my schedule when I couldn’t make the original time. And they took great care of the furniture when delivering.
