Maricopa County Superior Courthouse

I have a case in this courthouse and I now live in Illinois; however, every time I call the clerk office or Family Administration office even left a message to the judge twice so far and everyone is amazingly helpful. I am shocked myself how I got this much help by living way way far from Arizona but still get a lot of help from every single one of them. I am so thankful for all help I am getting. Thank you All!!

I live in Mesa, usually I go to the Courthouse in Mesa. I have horrible experience! There is only 2 nice woman there when you file paper work. The Deputy that in I believe 3 and 5 are they only too that have great customer service, I hope I got those numbers right because I can tell you that the rest are so rude unprofessional don't like there job!! I hear how some of them talk to other people and I just want to tell her to practice better customer service skills! Also family court they are worse! I have experience silent treatment or they just stare at you when you ask them a question. So I usually will complicate them to get a smile at least because some of use filling papers are going thru a lot! Why should we get treated bad because they don't like there jobs. I went to file a petition and was told i had to take it to Phoenix because that's where my judge is, this was the first so i did, BEST DECISION I MADE BECAESE THEY WERE ALL SO KIND!! Starting with security KIND! Next the woman who can tell you information and directs you to where you need to go KIND! next where you have to file KIND KIND KIND! Family court by fair the kindest people I have met! I had such bad anxiety until Deputy Clerk L Farr helped me, she was so sweet and kind I told her about my horrible experience's in Mesa courthouse, and that I will take this drive to file anything because they all hate there jobs or maybe they love there jobs but need to be told that they don't' have to be rude to people regardless if that person has something they are going thru or all these court documents are confusing without an attorney. Beautiful building! There is no parking at this court house but there are parking garages around it.
