“This is a rare review for airport food. In fact, it was “good.” Nothing wrong, but it’s rather hard to mess up bacon and eggs. This review, instead, is about friendly service received from “Mark” at the counter. It’s 6am. He’s probably been here since 3am or so- but you’d never know it. Mark greeted everyone he saw with a “Good morning, sir!”’(or ma’am) and a smile. He asked me where I was going, how my day was, and if I was coming back to Phoenix. He actually took the extra moment to bring my food to me rather than set it on the counter and while doing so gave a couple of unruly kids a piece of candy to quiet them down. It is sad how rare service and an attitude like this are, but it was pleasant for this weekly traveler to see. Kudos, Mark. You’re a rare bird.”

“This museum and archaeological park is in the midst of the City of Phoenix (close by is the airport). It is an interesting and informative exhibit for all ages, about the life Hohokam people from AD 950 to AD 1450. The museum has indoor exhibits and an outside archaeological village which you follow through pathways. It’s so interesting to see how life was so many years ago. As one exhibit expressed - the Hohokam lived among the mountains surrounding Phoenix, that still exist today. It takes about 1-2 hours to absorb the museum and well worth the time for a step back into history..”

“Great experience because of the shuttle drivers Carl and Chuck. Being a first time experience traveling to Sky Harbor from Cottonwood, I was really anxious about find the airport and finding where to park my car. Located car park after getting directions. I hadn't gotten out of my car when Lo! And behold! The shuttle driver pulled. What is so neat about this driver is that he was genuinely friendly and upbeat AND he suggested that I crack my windows just a little because of the Phoenix heat and that I park my car in an area that would minimize the Sun's heat! I was very impressed with his helpfulness. My return to pick up my car was another happy experience due to Chuck, the shuttle driver. Friendly, upbeat and very helpful to unload my baggage placing it in my car. I had no money for a tip but he accepted my heartfelt thank you.”

“I love this idea, who ever came up with this. It is large and very close to terminal 4. Easy access in and out. It has a large board with all the flights coming in for all the airlines. The signs to and from the lot need better placement e.g. they tend to be hidden by overpasses.”
