My grandaughter has Muscular Dystrophy which makes it hard to get in and out of cars. We went in store to buy her a new phone. We told Albert she was outside and how it was difficult to get her off car and walk inside. He went outside to the car to make sure she understood how to use the phone and set it up for her!! This extra step surprised us..Thank you for making our day! Very pleased with Metro PCS Thank you Albert for bringing a smile to her face.
