Body MakeOver AZ

I tried many trainers to get myself motivates to lose weight & workout since I will not work out myself. I was referred to BM AZ & I now am motivated after seeing results in one week! I stick to my diet now since they stay on me & I even work out on my off days. I have finally found what I was looking for with Personal Training! They are all a class act!

If I could give 100 stars! These Personal Trainers are the best that I have ever trained with. I had so much fun with the workouts & I was amazed at how knowledgeable the Trainers were with Body MakeOver, and they could understand what I am explaining since I work in the medical field also! I lost 25 pounds with the Body MakeOver diet and workout plan, I am on the road to losing 45 total pounds! I am continuing on for maintenance so I do not gain that nasty weight back around my waistline. Thank you to Body MakeOver!
