  I went yesterday to get custom insoles and new running shoes for my flat feet that have been causing a good amount of shin and foot pain, and was helped by Alan. Alan was extremely helpful as he helped me find the best shoes and insoles that I have ever bought. He was very friendly and patient during the whole walking/running examination process as well as the custom insoles molding process.

  I've visited this store three times so far. And, it was a fantastic experience all three times. Brent was fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was truly customer service driven. As the first person to help me, he definitely made this store an instant favorite. The second person who helped me was Cody. He was equally fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. The second visit was during the store's busy time. You should've seen Cody handle multiple customers. He managed to simultaneously serve multiple customers, at the same time, while making each of us feel like a VIP. He deserves recognition. They both deserve recognition. The 3rd person to help me was Levi. Not only did he provide fantastic customer service, and excellent products, he provided me with a fantastic education. I left that store knowing more about the way that I walk, and the types of products that will help me with the way that I walk. I am so impressed with this store, and so impressed with those servicing the customers, that I am letting everybody know that this is the place to shop. Thank you so very much for your excellent customer service Brent, Cody, and Levi.

  I had this wonderful chica help me named ashlynne. Absolutely amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable! The new shoes work great to work out in and super happy with her skills and attention to detail when I told her my issues! Thanks ? I'll be back!

  Ashby at the Mayo Blvd. store was so helpful in assisting me with a new pair of orthotics. He was friendly, professional, and also helped me with some other items that I purchased. It was a very positive experience!

  It was our first time shopping at roadrunner sports and it was a fantastic experience. Zane was our "Fit Expert" and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He helped us find walking/running shoes that were a perfect fit as well as customized insoles to support our unique feet. Will definitely be back and ask for Zane by name.
