(December 1, 2020, 7:43 pm)The local Bank helped out with nice tellers but I want to give thanks to the online customer service agent Ms. Lashanzra to which I called to help me fix a personal banking matter which makes me feel sometimes uncomfortable. Calling my own bank speaking about my own money with Ms. Lashanzra was easy and she was able to help me and calm all my fears with my personal bank matter. I know not why I am uncomfortable talking about money but with with wells fargo they are very kind and help you through all matters of life. When I start my first company and personal NON profit WELLS FARGO you will the bank I look to better our world and our community. Thank you.
