I can not speak highly enough about this office! Everyone is extremely nice - even though my elderly father was in a bad mood (to put it delicately) when he was there. They were knowledgeable, kind, patient and went above and beyond. Seriously, I have zero hesitation in stating they are the best place to get your hearing aids from in all of AZ.

Alora Anderson is just brilliant! She is as smart as they come and can size up hearing issues with the best solutions quickly and expertly. Her heart is in her work and there is a level of compassion rarely seen these days. Highest recommendation! The staff at this clinic work as a team and are friendly with a great sense of humor. Always a treat to visit for a consult and get help with technical issues as needed!

Wonderful service... absolute professionals and a warm comfortable environment as well! I've been hearing aids resistant for some time, in spite of the hearing challenges I had. After trying a couple of sets over a several year period! and the admonitions i received i gave in a agreed to really try to work through the adjustment period of your brain!
2 weeks in, i feel like a lot of adjustments have been made and the devices are beginning to be transparent!

My primary care physician referred me to Premier Hearing, but when trying to make the initial appointment an automated system routed me to a different hearing center. I made the appointment with that center and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a medical facility. A few days later I got a call from Premier because I had not contacted them for an appointment and they had the referral from my doctor. I agreed to see them, and the total experience from start to finish was exceptional. I saw Dr. Anderson, who spent a good amount of time with me discussing my hearing loss and what the remedies might be. She was patient, kind, and very professional. The front office staff were pleasant, welcoming and set a light mood as I arrived. Before leaving Dr. Anderson programmed some hearing aides to my personal hearing condition and allowed me to take them home for a week to see if they we right for me. The best experience with an audiologist and hearing center ever.
