This was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I was able to pre-qualify on line before I went to the dealership. Erik was extremely helpful in finding me the right car with the right payment plan. No high pressure sales or haggling back and forth. I love my new car!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Drive Time. Although the first purchase was relatively painless this one was special. I have to shout out Faith and Erik for their professionalism and care this was literally anxiety free. Usually in our experience we walked away feeling cut short and taken. Definitely not the case this time around. My wife and I are beyond excited about our new truck and we will definitely recommend these two professionals.

This my 2nd time purchasing from Drivetime and I have to say coming to the E Bell road location was the best experience! Amazing job working with San on purchasing as well as trading in my old vehicle. San was very accommodating working with me as I choose the right new vehicle for me and appraisal of my trade in. They even took off a Custom plate that I had that my dad had given to me.

I highly recommend drive time if your looking for a vehicle. Decent priced used cars with lower mileages. Customer service was amazing, especially in Chandler and in North Phoenix with Joseph Johnson. Joseph took the time to help me go through MANY lol vehicles to find the perfect match for me in the price range I needed. No pressure. Just nice, knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
