Pet Supplies Plus Moon Valley

I came here for the first time today to get my dog's nails trimmed. I walked in with her current rabies vaccination paperwork, and she was on her way to the back for her nail trim within minutes.

The woman who groomed her nails (sadly I didn't catch her name) was super friendly and said Addie did a great job. This is unusual because typically my pup is a nervous Nellie and shakes while getting her nails done, but I think the demeanor of the groomer, as well as the overall calm, quiet vibe of the store, made for a relaxed experience.

Afterwards, Addie and I walked around the store so she could pick out a treat for being such a good girl. We also got some toys for her feline friends at home.

All of the staff at this location were so helpful and nice, which only makes me want to come back here more for all of our cat and dog needs.

GREAT first experience at this Pet Supplies! Fussy 13-yr-old dog was masterfully groomed by Christopher! Then very pleasant lady (so sorry, I'll ask your name next time!) helped me find the best dry food for our other dog, at a price MUCH better than Chewy! We will definitely be back soon!!

My friend referred me to Kim (groomers) at Pet Supplies Plus and I absolutely adore her! Come to find out my grandma, Cynthia with Lily goes to her as well! Thank you guys for making my Romeo comfortable and such a happy/clean boi! Romeo and I appreciate the love and care you put into your clients! Also, got a super cute fancy bow tie :) The store itself is amazing - and the prices! Got a spooky lamb for my fur baby:) Regulars soon here!

All Pet supplies plus employees are amazing! I visit the Moon Valley location weekly some times twice a week for crickets. I always get prompt service . Never have I felt like I was an inconvenience. EVERYONE I have met has been friendly not like annoying friendly were you know its fake it's always good conversation . You can tell they love to work there. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy to shop there. Thank you for being great! This little guy appreciates his full belly.

The folks are Pet Supplies Plus Moon Valley are always so friendly and helpful! Today the manager went out of her way to order a brand of dog food that was out of stock. She also took down my name and number here. I always make it a point to recommend this store to my customers!
