AAA Precise Plumbing

After placing a service request with my warranty provider I received a call and text message from Keith at AAA Precise plumbing within 1 hour, WOW!!! I was very impressed with such a quick response, and the job hadn't even be done yet. Keith set up an appointment less than 24 hours, so my family and I would not be stuck without hot water. Keith was prompt to the scheduled appointment, SUPER friendly, nice, conducted himself in a very professional manner, knowledgeable and very patient with me as he explained step by step the process, he was very through. I'm one very happy and satisfied customer. We really appreciate Keith's hard work, time, effort and overall quality of service....I recommend Keith and his company.

5.09.19 We shall see- not done yet. (1) Told me he'd call me "within 10 minutes" to confirm installation of WH - did not call back for almost an hour. (2) Called back in~ hour to say 'we can!' and 'be there between 1&3-will call 30 minutes in advance to let you know when I'll be there.' (3) At 2:40, I texted to say "you didn't". He called later to say 'Sorry-delayed".
I don't expect people to work miracles-I expect them simply to do what they promise, & if they cannot, they need to contact me within promised time to say so! I could have had the opportunity to make other arrangements had I known - NOW, cold shower tomorrow - BUMMER!

5.10.19 Today, made it all good with prompt, friendly service and a discount for inconvenience!

This company came through Old Republic Home Warranty for us. This is their second visit to my home with both great results. Recently came to my house to fix a faucet leak and went the extra mile and replaced some old hoses under the sink. Not every company would have done that! Believe that! They are polite, tidy, and I find their receptionist (office gal) to be very friendly and fun to talk to. No problem with scheduling either, very prompt! I felt important that this company get a good review when it is deserved. You certainly cannot please everyone, but they have been good to us and deserve to be reviewed well.
