Doug @ Brad's was the best person to deal with. As a woman, he treated me with deep respect and explained all the details of the repair so clearly and I as so impressed with the business atmosphere which was so warm. The receptionist was terrific, also.
The pricing was reasonable, as I had gotten another quote. Some minor extra cosmetic work was included and the car was returned freshly washed and looked great.

Brad's Collison was the best experience hands down!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! They treat you like you matter. Very professional and prompt!

Very fast turnaround on a quarter panel 1 week. Doug was very helpful throughout the process extremely professional. Not sure who cleaned my truck but they did a stand up job cleaned the suspension and it looks amazing! I was recommended this shop by a few people and I will recommend them to you!
